Any order placed on www.JDessignCeramics.com implies that the customer accepts, without reservation, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and waives the right to invoke any other clause contrary to them.
Article 2 - Orders
Orders are placed in French or English.
All the stages necessary for the sale are specified on the site.
When placing an order, the Customer agrees to provide the information requested and undertakes to ensure that this information is correct:

- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Type of payment card, card number, expiry date and card security code.
All Customers are bound by their order. The customer must check all the information entered during his order (products ordered, delivery address, billing address, telephone ...)
JDessign Ceramics can not be held responsible for any input errors by the customer or their consequences in terms of delay or error of delivery. Any order implies acceptance of prices and description of products available for sale.
Article 3 - Prices
The conditions for determining the sale price are defined by JDessign Ceramics. JDessignCeramics reserves the right to modify the prices of products presented on the site. In any case, the products will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the prices in force on the website www.JDessignCeramics.com at the time of the validation of the order. The prices do not include taxes, customs duties, insurance or delivery costs and do not include all costs related to any administrative formalities. JDessign Ceramics is exempt from VAT, in accordance with article 293 bis of the French General Tax System.
Article 4 - Delivery time and date
The delivery time and the time of the carrier will be specified when confirming your order. Average delivery times are 2 days when the Products are in stock and up to approximately 6 weeks when we have to manufacture them. We will inform you of the delivery time by e-mail when we confirm your order. Delivery times are given for information only. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to damages, deductions or cancellation. If you consider that the delivery time is too long, you may, within three days, request cancellation and reimbursement of your order if it has not been dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods carefully on delivery to their premises. Without prejudice to the measures to be taken with regard to the carrier, complaints about visible defects or the non-conformity of the product delivered with the product ordered must be made by e-mail or by telephone (contact confirmed) within five working days of receipt by the customer. JDessign Ceramics may reject any claim made after this period.
The responsibility of JDessign Ceramics is limited to the replacement of products.
Article 5 - Payment
Join your payment to the order: by credit card directly on our online payment service when validating your order on our site.
Article 6 - Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. However, the risks associated with the goods sold are transferred to the buyer upon delivery, which is deemed to have taken place when the goods leave our premises.
Article 7 - Disputes
Any dispute concerning the nature or quantity of items received must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel. In the event of a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will certainly find a solution and do our utmost to satisfy you. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. However, in the event of an irreconcilable dispute, the Marseille Commercial Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All elements published within the Site, such as sounds, images, photographs, videos, writings, animations, programmes, graphic charter, utilities, databases, software and other underlying technology are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and belong to JDessign Ceramics. The trademark "JDessign Ceramics", as well as all figurative or nonfigurative trademarks and more generally all other trademarks, illustrations, images and logos appearing on the articles, their accessories or their packaging, whether registered or not, are and will remain the exclusive property of JDessign Ceramics, with the exception of rights held on the visuals of the products, trademarks and logos of the suppliers of the Products presented on the Site.
